2007-2008 Ettinger Prize

Congratulations to Paulina Restrepo Echavarria, Guillermo Ordonez and David Lagakos, this year’s winners of the Ettinger Prizes for the best pre and post dissertation papers. Paulina won for her paper “Business Cycles in Developing vs. Developed Countries: The Importance of the Informal Economy” and Guillermo for his paper “Fragility of Reputation and Clustering in Risk-Taking” and David for his paper “Superstores or Mom and Pops? Market Size, Technology Adoption and TFP Differences.” They will receive $2,500 each for their achievement.

2007 Commencement Address
